Assessment & Screening
True North provides formal and informal assessment services to get a more complete understanding of your child's strengths and challenges.
From the information gathered using assessment tools and structured observations a personalized treatment plan is created for your child.
True North treatment sessions for toddlers, preschool-aged and early school aged children are play-based and use your child's interests to target their goals and areas of growth. Treatment sessions may be provided in-home, in the community or through video calls.
FSCD (Family Support for Children with Disabilities)
True North SLP's are FSCD approved service providers and are able to provide support for parents and caregivers by modelling techniques, giving recommendations, providing resources and offering feedback that will allow them to more effectively support their child's goals.
