How Speech Therapy Can Help

Speech-language pathologist are uniquely equipped to support executive functioning because these skills are closely connected to language and communication.

We help children learn how to:

  • understand and follow complex directions

  • use internal language ("self-talk") to plan and problem-solve

  • Break big tasks into manageable steps

  • develop working memory and organization strategies

  • build routines that support success at school and at home

Therapy sessions focus on real-world tools and strategies that help your child feel capable, confident, and in control.
