Speech-Language Pathologist & Owner

She / Her / Hers

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) and a mother of four young children, I find great joy supporting the development of communication. With each new word that a child learns it enables them to better connect with loved ones and understand the world around them. I also know how frustrating it can be for both a child and an adult when communication breakdowns occur. I feel privileged to have a front-row seat to watch my clients develop and explore their world. I would be honoured to be a part of your child’s communication journey.

I have always had a strong desire to work with and support children which led me to attend the University of Lethbridge to pursue a degree in Psychology. After graduating in 2010, I attended the University of Alberta and received my Masters in Speech-Language Pathology in 2012.

Since starting work as an SLP in 2012, my goal has been to support children on their communication journey so that they may thrive in all areas of their life. I am particularly drawn to working with children since I have seen the benefits of early intervention and want to give children the communication tools and skills necessary to have a fulfilling life. Before starting my private SLP practice I worked in a preschool and school-based setting supporting children with a variety of diagnosis including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down syndrome, Cerebral palsy, speech delays, and language delays. Through my private practice, I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to support children and their families on their communication journey in a new capacity.
